I am currently a visiting professor in Political Science at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. I was raised in Casper, WY. I received my B.A. from Whitman College and my MA and PhD from the New School for Social Research. My research integrates the history of science, identities, and institutions as a way to understand how power is negotiated between our bodies and the state. Academic Website
